Managing Your Credits

Credits are the currency used for email verifications on Mailthentic. Here's everything you need to know about how credits work.

How Credits Are Used

• Single verification — 1 credit per email.
• Bulk verification — 1 credit per unique email in the file (duplicates are free).

Checking Your Balance

Your current credit balance is always visible in the dashboard header. For a detailed breakdown, visit the Credits page to see:

• Current balance
• Credit transaction history (purchases, usage, adjustments)
• Expiration dates (if applicable)

Purchasing Credits

Buy credits in pre-packaged bundles:

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Promo Codes

Have a promo code? Enter it on the Credits page to receive bonus credits. Promo codes have usage limits and expiration dates.

Low Credit Notifications

Mailthentic notifies you when your credit balance drops below a threshold, so you're never caught off guard mid-campaign. Enable notifications in your Account Settings.
