Teams and Workspace Management
Mailthentic supports team workspaces, allowing multiple users to share credits and collaborate on verification jobs.
Creating a Team
- Go to Team Settings from your dashboard.
- Click Create Team.
- Name your workspace and configure settings.
Inviting Members
Invite team members by email. When they accept the invitation:
- They gain access to the shared workspace.
- They can run verifications using the team's credit pool.
- Their jobs appear in the team's job history.
Shared Credit Pool
All team members share a single credit balance. Credits purchased by any member are added to the team pool. This eliminates the need for each team member to maintain separate credit balances.
Permissions
Team owners can:
- Add and remove members.
- Purchase credits for the team.
- View all team members' verification jobs.
- Manage team settings and billing.
Use Cases
- Marketing teams — Share verification access across campaign managers.
- Agencies — Manage client verification work under one account.
- Development teams — Share verification access for collaborative workflows.
