Quick Start Guide: Your First Verification

This guide walks you through running your first email verification in under a minute.

Single Email Verification

1. Log in and navigate to Single Verification from the dashboard sidebar.
2. Type or paste an email address into the input field.
3. Click Verify.
4. Within a few seconds, you'll see a detailed result card showing:
   • Verification status (Deliverable, Risky, Invalid, or Unknown)
   • Confidence score (0–100%)
   • MX provider type
   • DNS security records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
   • Whether the domain is a catch-all

Each single verification costs 1 credit.

Bulk Email Verification

1. Navigate to Bulk Verification from the sidebar.
2. Upload a CSV file with email addresses in the first column.
3. Mailthentic automatically detects and removes duplicate addresses.
4. Review the count and click Start Verification.
5. The job runs in the background — you can close the browser and come back later.
6. When complete, download results as CSV or Excel from the job detail page.

Bulk verification costs 1 credit per unique email.
