How Scheduled Jobs Work

After completing a bulk verification job, you can set it to re-run automatically. Mailthentic will re-verify the same list on your chosen schedule and generate a fresh set of results each time.

Available Schedules

• Daily — Best for high-volume senders or lists that change frequently.
• Weekly — A good balance for most businesses.
• Monthly — Suitable for stable lists that don't change often.

Setting Up a Schedule

1. Open a completed bulk verification job.
2. Click Schedule and choose the frequency.
3. Confirm — credits will be deducted automatically each time the job runs.

Managing Scheduled Jobs

You can view, pause, or cancel scheduled jobs from your dashboard. If your credit balance is insufficient when a scheduled job triggers, it will be skipped and you'll receive a notification.
