Verify email addresses in your Zapier workflows
Mailthentic provides one Zapier action called Verify Email. Map an email address from a trigger, run the check, then use the returned status and evidence in a later step.
Current action contract
- Action
- Verify Email
- Input
- Email, required
- Authentication
- Mailthentic API key sent as a bearer credential
- Credit use
- One credit is deducted when the single verification job is accepted.
What the check returns
The production result includes the email, domain, detailed status, reason, confidence score, syntax and DNS checks, MX details, provider type, catch-all state, SMTP evidence where available, flags, and a creation timestamp.
Verification does not send a message body. It also does not prove ownership, consent, future delivery, or inbox placement.
