How to Connect Your CRM to Mailthentic
Mailthentic supports direct CRM integration with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Mailchimp. Once connected, you can import contacts for verification and push clean results back — all without touching a CSV.
Steps to Connect
- Go to CRM Connections in your dashboard.
- Click "Connect" next to the CRM you want to link.
- Authorise Mailthentic in the OAuth pop-up from your CRM provider.
- Once authorised, the provider card will show a green Connected badge.
Requirements
- You must have an active Mailthentic account with available verification credits.
- Your CRM administrator may need to whitelist Mailthentic as an authorised app (especially for Salesforce orgs with IP restrictions).
- The CRM integration feature must be enabled by your site administrator.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Fix |
|---|---|
| "Connect" button not showing | CRM integrations may not be enabled yet. Contact support. |
| OAuth window closes with error | Check that pop-ups are allowed and your CRM credentials are valid. |
| Token expired | Go to Connections and reconnect the provider. Tokens auto-refresh, but occasionally need a manual reconnect. |
