Importing Contacts from Your CRM

After connecting your CRM, you can import entire contact lists for bulk email verification.

How to Import

1. Go to CRM Connections and click Import Contacts on your connected CRM.
2. Browse your contact lists — Mailthentic fetches them directly from your CRM.
3. Select a list and review the contact count and credit cost.
4. Click Confirm Import to start the verification job.

What Happens During Import

• Mailthentic pulls email addresses from the selected list via the CRM API.
• Each email is run through the full verification pipeline (syntax, DNS, SMTP, disposable check, catch-all detection).
• You'll receive a notification when the job completes.
• Results appear in your Verification Jobs dashboard, just like any bulk upload.

Credit Usage

Each imported contact uses 1 verification credit. Make sure you have enough credits before importing. The import preview shows the exact count and your current balance.

Limits

• Maximum contacts per import depends on your plan.
• Large lists (10,000+) may take several minutes to process.
• You can run multiple imports at the same time.
